i, Recommendation by the Parks and Recreation Department to approve a resolution supporting an Arapahoe County Open Space, Parks and Trails Grant application for Duncan Park development funding.
ii. Recommendation by the Community Development Department to approve a resolution extending the current moratorium on enforcement of selected provisions o the Englewood Manciple Code pertainting to banners and portable signs.
iii. Recommendation by the Community Development Department to approve a resolution authorizing a application to the State of Colorado Economic Development Commission for an Enterprising one Marketing Grant in the amount of $12,500.
iv. Recommendation by the Water and Sewer Board and the Utilities Department to approve, by motion, a Granular Activated Carbon Lease Agreement for five filters over a 30 - Month period. Staff recommends awarding the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, Calgon, in the amount of $548,373.
